Baghdad, Federal Police forces arrested (17) suspects in various cases east of the capital, Baghdad, including foreigners violating residency conditions. The Federal Police Command stated in a statement: "The security effort of the Fifth Division units within the responsibility sectors in the areas east of the capital, Baghdad, resulted in the arrest of (7) suspects, including a woman, according to the legal articles (quarrel, disposing of movable property)." It added: "The division's detachments also arrested (10) foreigners violating residency conditions during a search operation in the areas of (Al-Hussainiya, Al-Suraidat), and the accused were referred to the competent authorities to complete the investigative and legal procedures against them."
