Nablus: A young Palestinian man was injured on Saturday evening after being shot by Israeli occupation forces during a raid on the town of Beita, south of Nablus, according to medical sources. The Palestinian Red Crescent Society (PRCS) reported that its medical teams treated a 23-year-old man who was shot and injured in the foot by Israeli forces during the raid of Beita. The young man was later transported to a nearby hospital for treatment. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, meanwhile, Israeli colonists launched an attack on the village of Madama, also south of Nablus. Abdullah Ziyada, the head of Madama village council, stated that colonists targeted homes on the southern outskirts of the village. Palestinian youths confronted the colonists, foiling the attack. The attacks come as part of ongoing violence by Israeli colonists against Palestinian communities in the occupied West Bank.
