Sana'a - Saba : The national youth team has officially reached the finals of the Asian Cup, despite its positive draw against the Indonesian host, in the end of the preliminary round competitions. The Yemeni stars snatched the qualification card, by finishing second behind Indonesia, which qualified as the top of Group VI, with only a goal difference from the Yemeni giants, led by coach Mohammed Al-Baadani. The Indonesian team took the lead first, before Abdulrahman Al-Khodr adjusted the score, and the first half ended with this result. In the second half, the young Reds tried to knock the door and advance, in order to snatch the lead without referring to the calculations of the second-place advantage that the Yemeni champions benefited from, and they were satisfied with the result of the draw.
