Vigils showed solidarity with Nigerian people in Sana’a

The people of Sana'a province directorates organized vigils in solidarity with the Nigerian people and their right to self-determination and freedom from colonial tutelage, under the slogan “Supporting Niger is a religious duty.”

The participants in the vigils organized after the Friday prayer affirmed their support for the Muslim people of Niger to restore their usurped right and wealth plundered by the French colonialists.

They strongly condemned the intervention of France and the forces of foreign tutelage and its insistence on breaking the will of the people of Niger and undermining their freedom, dignity and independence.

The participants stressed that the blatant interventions in Niger revealed the ugly face of France and the arrogant countries who rant about claims of freedom and human rights in their countries and deny them to other peoples.

Statements issued by the endowments confirmed the solidarity of the people of Sana’a province with their brothers, the Muslim people of Niger.

They called on the peoples and governments of Arab and Islamic countries to assume their responsibilities towards their Nigerian brothers, and to declare strong positions towards France.

Statements called on the Arab and Islamic peoples to celebrate the anniversary of the birth in reverence and support for the Messenger of God, stressing that a sincere return to God and His Messenger is the only way to achieve the pride of this nation , restore its dignity, freedom and independence.
