The office of the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq (UNAMI) in Kirkuk discussed with the Governor, Ribwar Taha, the political, security and service conditions in Kirkuk. The director of the office, Bibi Lovoy, stressed during his meeting with the governor in Kirkuk, in the presence of the member of the Kirkuk Provincial Council, Angel Zia, the keenness to support the dialogue between the various forces in the province, and to support the efforts of the administration in carrying out its duties. The governor said: "The Kirkuk administration was formed by national will, and we have placed at the top of our work the establishment of sustainable and effective coexistence and the service of all components of Kirkuk." He added: "The administration will work to care for the freedom of the components and serve all segments and its doors, institutions and departments are open to serve the citizens," stressing the importance of the role and support of international organizations in the reconstruction of the liberated areas and the return of the displaced in light of the keenness and support of the federal government. During the meeting, the horizon of cooperation between the Kirkuk administration and the United Nations was discussed in light of the keenness and orientations of the federal government.
