Ibb (Saba) - The branch of the General Authority for Rural Water Projects in Ibb governorate handed over the Halima and Al-Ja'afari water projects adjacent to the districts of Hazm Al-Udayn and Habbi and Bani Fakhr and Sulayman in the district of Hazm Al-Udayn to the administrations operating the two projects.
