Gaza city: Two citizens were killed by Israeli occupation forces (IOF) fire in the Al-Sha'af area of the Al-Tuffah neighborhood east of Gaza City on Monday. A medical source at the Baptist Hospital confirmed the fatalities.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the incident is part of a broader escalation of violence in the region. Medical sources reported that 44 citizens were killed by IOF fire in various areas of the Gaza Strip on the same day.
The ongoing conflict has resulted in significant casualties. The death toll from the IOF's aggression on the Gaza Strip has reached 68,159, with 170,203 others wounded since October 7, 2023.
