Head of the Turkish Intelligence Agency, Ibrahim Kalin, along with Hamas Chief of political office Ismael Haniyeh, discussed the negotiations towards ceasefire in Gaza on Sunday. The national news agency mentioned that the discussion took place over the phone. The two spoke of the measures that would lead to a guaranteed permanent ceasefire, exchange of hostages and delivery of humanitarian aid to the area.
