Training Program on lessons of Imam Ali’s covenant to Malik al-Ashtar at State Legal Center

Sana'a - Saba: The State Legal Center in Sana'a launched a training program today, focusing on the lectures of Sayyed Leader Abdulmalik Badr al-Din al-Houthi, based on the lessons from Imam Ali's covenant to Malik al-Ashtar. This initiative is in collaboration with the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support. The program, which includes participation from all employees of the State Legal Center, will span 12 days. Its goal is to help trainees understand the key concepts of the covenant, covering its directives, principles, values, foundations, and standards for carrying out public responsibilities, and how to apply these principles in practical settings. During the launch, Dr. Ismail al-Mahaqeri, head of the State Legal Center, highlighted that Imam Ali's covenant is closely linked to legal principles through its emphasis on social justice. He noted that the covenant serves as a comprehensive guide for organizing state administrative work across various sectors, praising the program's des ign for addressing the issues of varied interpretations. Dr. al-Mahqeri, head of the National Center for Capacity Building and Decision Support, emphasized that the program has been implemented in 50 government agencies, including key institutions such as the Council of Ministers, the judiciary, the House of Representatives, and several ministries. He explained that the center has designed the program to break down and analyze the covenant's components and link them with the lectures of the Leader in an interactive format, aiding understanding. Dr. Mohammed al-Zubairi, head of the Legal Training Center, emphasized the importance of the program in refining the skills and behavior of the trainees, considering it an essential tool in capacity building within government institutions.
