The Asian training course for category "C" coaches, organized by the General Football Federation (GFF) in coordination with the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and the Federation's branch in Hodeida, began on Monday. The 14-day course aims to provide 24 coaches from the first, second and third clubs of Hodeida province with practical and theoretical skills to prepare coaches with abilities and skills to train teams with high efficiency. The importance of the course, which is lectured by an accredited Asian lecturer in Yemen, Captain Abu Ali Ghaleb, lies in qualifying coaches with training plans and the method of training juniors. Participants receive knowledge about basic techniques in teaching individual skills to players, preparing training plans and programs, performance analysis skills, leadership, effective communication with players, football laws, and player development strategies. The course, the first in 20 years to be held in Hodeida , is supported by the private sector, represented by the H ael Saeed Anem Group of Companies. Source: Yemen News Agency
