DHALEA - SABA: Districts in Dhalea governorate late on Wednesday saw torching marches to celebrate the Prophet Birthday. Led by acting governor Abdul-Latif al-Shaghdari, a march kicked off in Damt district, headed to Joban district, joined another march there and returned to Damt.
