Ramallah - Together - Under the directives of Counselor Alaa Al-Tamimi, Head of the Land Authority, a meeting was held today in the Land Authority, bringing together the Land Authority, the Ministry of Local Government (the Supreme Planning Council and the General Administration of Urban Planning and Planning), the Ministry of Public Works and Housing, and the Engineers Syndicate, to discuss the decisions issued by The Supreme Regulatory Council related to cooperative and investment housing projects and subdivision projects, and in order to overcome obstacles related to the service procedures provided for the benefit of real estate investors. The meeting concluded with an agreement to formulate the recommendations of the subcommittee emanating from the Supreme Regulatory Council in order to present them to the head of the Land Authority in preparation for presenting them to the session of the Supreme Regulatory Council in its next session to take the necessary decisions in this regard. It should be noted th at the goal of the committee and the meeting is to develop a concept and vision that is consistent with the vision of the Palestinian government to facilitate procedures related to housing projects and the resulting secretion processes, whether for lands or apartments.
