The governorate stated in a statement: 'The governor met in his office at the governorate office today with the Samarra operations commander, the Salah al-Din police chief, and senior officers to discuss preparations for the Arbaeen visit.' The governor directed the necessity of mobilizing the service efforts of the governorate's departments and providing the means of transportation necessary for the success of the visit. For his part, the Operations Commander explained that the security forces are ready to secure the visit, praising the citizens' cooperation.
