Today, Saturday afternoon, the people of Tulkarm mourned the body of the martyr Moamen Omar Abu Asal (22 years old), in the town of Anabta, east of the governorate. The funeral procession started from the Martyr Thabet Thabet Governmental Hospital in the city, towards the town of Anabta. The mourners then headed to the house of the martyr's family, to pay their last respects and then pray over his body in the old mosque, before he was buried in the Eastern Cemetery in Anabta. The martyr Abu Asal was martyred this morning, as a result of his critical injury, which he sustained during the occupation forces' storming of the town.
