The Executive Office of Taiz Province discussed in its meeting headed by Acting Governor Ahmed Amin Al-Masawi, the executive offices performance level and the service reports completion level during the year 1445 AH. The meeting, attended by the Secretary-General of province Local Council, Muhammad Ahmed Al-Hajj, and the provinces deputies, reviewed the tasks and performance of the executive offices during the past year, the difficulties that faced the work, and the achievement level in various aspects. In the meeting, Al-Masawi stressed the keenness to enhance executive offices performance in the province in light of a new phase of work , excellence in implementing various tasks, works, and projects. He said, "We are facing a new stage and year that imposes on everyone excellence , periodic performance evaluation, and we rely on the Executive Office to improve the quality of performance." He stressed the need to integrate efforts and work in the spirit of one team to implement the tasks assigned to the Ex ecutive Offices , strive to develop , improve work and provide services to citizens in light of the difficult circumstances the country is going through due to the continued aggression and siege. The meeting reviewed the financial resources report submitted by the Deputy Governor for Resource Development Affairs, who stressed the importance of inventorying the financial vessels of the offices to address any financial deficit in each vessel separately. Public Works and Roads Office report and the efforts to complete 50 projects being implemented at a cost of seven billion riyals were also reviewed, distributed between projects to pave strategic streets, pave streets, asphalt main streets, maintain and restore asphalt roads to the directorate centers. The meeting discussed the report of the Complaints Office, which received approximately 370 complaints from citizens during the year 1445 AH and resolved 292 complaints, as well as reports on directives implementation , the official working hours level , job dis cipline, and legal affairs.
