The Supreme Judicial Council (SJC) held a regular meeting on Monday, chaired by Judge Ahmed Yahya al-Mutawakel, to review comprehensive follow-up reports on the judiciary's annual plan for the national vision for the year 1445 AH and supplementary updates on project implementation. The SJC approved both reports and committed to acting on their recommendations within available resources. It extended its gratitude to the technical unit of the national vision for their efforts. It also made the decision to refer a judge and a Public Prosecution member to the Accounting Council for failing to fulfill their job duties. Additionally, the SJC addressed the grievance of a judge according to legal procedures and reviewed several grievances submitted by the Office of the Presidency of the Republic, taking appropriate legal measures. Furthermore, it discussed various agenda items, made decisions accordingly, and approved the minutes of previous meetings after making necessary amendments. Source: Yemen News Agency
