Shura Council Speaker Mohammed al-Aidaroos and Deputy Speaker Mohammed al-Durra visited on Monday the office of the Islamic Resistance Movement (Hamas) to offer condolences on the martyrdom of the movement's political bureau head Yahya al-Sinwar. During the visit, accompanied by council members, al-Aidaroos conveyed condolences to Hamas' representative in Yemen, Moadh Abu Shamala and extended these sentiments to the Palestinian people and leaders of resistance factions. He praised al-Sinwar for his heroic martyrdom, emphasizing that he achieved this honor by confronting and humbling the Zionist enemy. Al-Aidaroos remarked, "The martyr al-Sinwar has attained this great honor after defeating the Zionist enemy. He is the leader who wished to achieve martyrdom on the battlefield rather than from illness." He highlighted al-Sinwar's role in the "Flood of Al-Aqsa," calling him an icon of jihad and heroism. The Shura Council Chairman reaffirmed Sana'a's commitment to supporting the Palestinian cause until all P alestinian land is liberated from occupation. In response, Hamas representative Abu Shamala expressed gratitude for the support from the Yemeni leadership, army, and people, acknowledging their loyalty to the Palestinian struggle.
