Shura Council Presidency discusses draft regulation of Council

Shura Council Presidency held today, a meeting chaired by Council Speaker Muhammad Hussein Al-Aidarous.

The meeting, which included the leadership of the Administrative Reform and Insurance Committee, was devoted to discussing the observations of the Presidency of the Council on the draft of the organizational regulation prepared by the committee in accordance with the determinants of the national vision for building the modern Yemeni state.

The Presidency of the Shura Council praised the committee’s efforts in preparing a project to develop the organizational regulations aimed at developing the work of the council with its various components, in implementation of the procedures for the card of the draft regulations prepared by the technical unit of the council.

The Commission affirmed that the revolutionary leadership and the Supreme Political Council depend a lot on the Shura Council, which requires more efforts to develop the general performance of the Council in various aspects.

Committee Chairman Saleh Baynon pointed out that the preparation of the regulations was based on a scientific methodology based on the analysis and study of the previous regulations, and reviewing the experiences of similar councils in the Arab world to develop the appropriate regulations for the development of work in the council in accordance with the constitution and the law of its establishment.

In turn, the deputy chairman of the committee, Abdulaziz Al-Rumaima, confirmed that the team relied in preparing the organizational regulation on a number of legal references regulating the work of the council with the aim of coming up with a regulation that serves the work without conflicting competencies between its various components and meets the requirements of the current and future stage.
