Baghdad: Security Media announced the targeting of an important ISIS hideout in the Hamrin Mountains with 3 terrorists inside. The security media stated in a statement: "In continuation of the offensive work carried out by our heroic security forces, in tracking down the defeated terrorist elements, and after the painful blows received by the failed ISIS elements during the past days, and after killing three terrorists in Wadi Al-Shai and Wadi Umm Al-Khanajer within the Kirkuk sector on June 20, and then killing seven terrorists yesterday in Balkana, eastern Salah Al-Din sector, our heroic forces were able today, with a distinguished effort from the heroes of the Military Intelligence Directorate and their optimal use of technical and human monitoring resources, and with the supervision, planning and follow-up of the targeting cell affiliated with the Joint Operations Command, to target an important hideout for the failed ISIS terrorist detachments in the Hamrin Mountains within the Diyala Operations Command sector, inside which were 3 terrorist elements, and with a heroic act by our heroic hawks, a devastating air strike was directed by F-16 aircraft at this hideout and turned it into rubble over the heads of the terrorists."
