_: SANA'A September 02. 2024 (Saba) - Minister of Social Affairs and Labor Samir Baja'alah has convened a meeting with representatives from various organizations, associations, and the General Union of Medicines to discuss the humanitarian situation following recent heavy rains and flooding across several provinces. Minister Baja'alah emphasized the need for damage assessment and resource mobilization to support affected areas including Hodeida, Hajjah, Mahweet, Raymah, Jawf, and Dhamar. He highlighted the Ministry's commitment to facilitating aid efforts and coordinating with organizations to address the crisis. The meeting underscored the importance of unified efforts and sufficient funding for emergency response.
