Doha: Qatar Stock Exchange index rose to the level of 9,672 points at the beginning of Sundays trading, adding 61.73 points, or 0.64%, compared to last closing. The general index was supported by a rise in all sectors: Transportation by 0.66%; Banks and Financial Services by 0.64%; Industrials by 0.62%; Real Estate by 0.62%; Telecoms by 0.50%; Insurance by 0.44%; and Consumer Goods and Services by 0.14%. At 10:00 am, 30.424 million shares were traded in 2,727 transactions valued QR 70.44 million. Source: Qatar News Agency
