The State of Qatar participated in the Fifth Japan-Arab Economic Forum held in Tokyo under the joint chairmanship of the League of Arab States and Japan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs, and Ministry of Economy, Trade, and Industry. HE Ambassador of the State of Qatar to Japan Jaber bin Jarallah Al Marri represented the Qatari delegation at the forum. The forum discussed ways to enhance economic relations between Japan and Arab countries through cooperation in an array of fields, including energy security, renewable energy, artificial intelligence, emerging technology and innovations, efforts to achieve sustainable development goals, and human resources development.
