Minister of State for Public Sector Development Kheir Abu Seileek received on Wednesday Director General of the Arab Administrative Development Organization (ARADO), Nasser Al Qahtani. The meeting covered ways of enhancing partnership and cooperation in capacity building and training cadres working in the public sector. During the meeting, attended by Sameh Al-Nasser, President og f the Service and Public Administration Commission (SPAC), Abu Seileek highlighted key features of Jordan's experience in modernizing the public sector and the serious steps taken to develop the capabilities of public sector cadres and enhance their competencies to ensure an effective and empowered public sector and quality and advanced government services. He also expressed appreciation for ARADO's efforts and role in empowering and training Arab human resources and its close cooperation with Jordan in this field, stressing the importance of continuing this cooperation and developing programs in line with modern developments in public administration field, such as digital transformation, impact measurement, and others. For his part, ARADO Director General lauded the efficiency of Jordanian cadres working in the public sector and their distinguished expertise, stressing that Jordan possesses distinguished human resources and that its expertise in public administration is taught and generalized to benefit from.
