Brussels: Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa on Sunday evening met with Malta's Minister for Foreign and European Affairs Chris Fearne in the Belgian capital, Brussels, on the sidelines of the Palestine Donor Group (PDG) meeting. The discussions took place with notable attendees including Minister of Finance Estefan Salameh, Palestine's Ambassador to Belgium, Luxembourg, and the European Union, Amal Jadou Shakaa, and Undersecretary of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs for Political Affairs, Ambassador Omar Awadallah.

They addressed issues such as Israeli occupation measures in the West Bank, the escalation of colonists' terrorism, land seizure for colonial expansion, and the financial blockade that includes withholding Palestinian tax revenues.

In their discussions on the Gaza Strip, Mustafa urged the international community to increase pressure on Israel to open crossings to allow the entry of aid, reconstruction supplies, and early recovery materials, in light of the humanitarian conditions in the Strip. He emphasized the need to halt measures that impede the operations of relief and humanitarian organizations.
