Ramallah: President Mahmoud Abbas issued a presidential decree on Monday amending the formation of the 19th Palestinian government and granting a vote of confidence to two newly appointed ministers.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the decree names Varsin Ohannes Vartan Agabekyan as the new Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates. Estephan Anton Salameh has been appointed as the Minister of Planning and International Cooperation.
These appointments are part of the ongoing efforts to restructure the government and ensure effective governance. The presidential decree reflects the administration's focus on strengthening international relations and planning capacities.
