Prime Minister Muhammad Shiaa Al-Sudani chaired, today, Sunday, a special meeting of the service and engineering effort team. According to an official statement, Al-Sudani was briefed, 'During the meeting, on the position of the implemented projects, their completion and progress rates, and the follow-up of previous directives, with regard to a number of projects being implemented in the capital, Baghdad, and the rest of the governorates.' He stressed, "The service and engineering effort is now providing clear and tangible efforts to the citizen," stressing the importance of continuing work at the same pace, which contributes to providing the best services to citizens." He directed "to complete the requirements to proceed with the implementation of service projects for the areas east of the Army Canal in the capital, Baghdad, in order to speed up their completion." Al-Sudani reiterated his emphasis on the necessity of developing plans for service projects, in proportion to the available funds, which must be directed to the most important and then important projects, according to need and necessity, noting that the correct and sound management of public funds is everyone's responsibility.
