In the cable, Al-Ra'i strongly condemned the criminal attack that occurred in one of the halls of the Crocus City Mall, which resulted in many victims. He affirmed the solidarity of the Yemeni parliament, government and people with the Russian people and the families of the victims, regarding this criminal attack, wishing a speedy recovery for all those injured.
