Palestinian Youth Shot by Israeli Forces Near Segregation Wall North of Jerusalem

Al-ram: A Palestinian youth was shot by Israeli occupation forces on Saturday evening in the town of Al-Ram, north of occupied Jerusalem. The incident involved a 21-year-old from the town of Yatta, south of Hebron, who was reportedly shot while near the Israeli segregation wall constructed on land belonging to Al-Ram.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Jerusalem Governorate confirmed the shooting and provided details on the subsequent actions by Israeli forces. In the aftermath of the incident, Israeli forces stormed Al-Ram, searching several homes. They also conducted raids in the town of Abu Dis and the Bedouin community of Bir Maskoub, located east of Jerusalem, where they performed on-site interrogations and checked vehicle licenses. No detentions were reported during these operations.

In addition to these actions, Israeli forces raided the town of Anata, northeast of Jerusalem, searching a home belonging to the Abu Haniya family. Further raids occurred in Al-Eizariya and Hizma, east of the governorate, yet no detentions were reported in these areas either.
