TULKARM: The Palestinian Ministry of Health announced today that a young man was killed by Israeli occupation forces in the city Tulkarm, north of the occupied West Bank. The victim has been identified as 29-year-old Islam Jameel Odeh. The Ministry reported that they received notification from the Palestinian Civil Affairs Authority regarding his killing by Israeli occupation forces in the Al-Salam neighborhood of Tulkarm. According to local sources, Israeli forces surrounded a residential building in Al-Salam neighborhood since early morning, intensifying their assault with heavy gunfire and the firing of over 20 explosive shells at an apartment, allegedly in pursuit of a wanted individual. This bombardment resulted in a fire breaking out within the building. The body of the slain young man was subsequently taken away by the Israeli occupation army.
