Jenin: A Palestinian Tuesday evening sustained an injury from Israeli army gunfire in the northern occupied West Bank city of Jenin, according to the Palestine Red Crescent Society (PRCS).
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the PRCS reported that Israeli occupation forces opened fire at a 25-year-old youth in the al-Hadaf neighborhood, resulting in a head injury. PRCS crews promptly evacuated the injured individual to a nearby hospital for medical treatment.
The incident occurred as Israeli infantry forces entered the neighborhood, forcibly entering several houses and firing indiscriminately. This comes amid ongoing military actions in Jenin, where Israel has been conducting operations for 78 consecutive days. These operations have led to the deaths of 38 Palestinians and injuries to others.
