Palestinian Presidency: Israeli Occupation Prepares to Commit Largest Genocide by Invading Rafah

The Palestinian presidency warned that the Israeli occupation authorities had actually begun preparing to commit the greatest crime of genocide by invading Rafah, holding the US administration responsible for these alarming Israeli policies. Spokesperson for the Palestinian Presidency Nabil Abu Rudeineh said that the US administration, which provides financial and military support to the occupation, and stands against the international community to prevent the implementation of international legitimacy resolutions and the cessation of aggression, is the party that encourages the Prime Minister of the Israeli government Benjamin Netanyahu, and his leaders to continue their massacres against the Palestinian people, whether in the Gaza Strip or in the West Bank. He referred to the violence and aggression in Tulkarm Governorate and its refugee camps as an example. The invasion of Rafah means that 1.5 million Palestinian citizens will be subjected to the genocidal massacre, and the attempts at displacement that the Palestinian presidency has been warning about, Abu Rudeineh added, calling on the US administration to act immediately and prevent genocide and displacement, and to hold the occupation accountable for the gross violations it has been committing against international law, before it is too late. Spokesperson for the Palestinian Presidency stressed that peace and security in the entire region will not be achieved without a just solution to the Palestinian cause, and the establishment of an independent Palestinian state with Jerusalem (Al-Quds) as its capital, along with its Islamic and Christian holy sites.
