JERUSALEM: More than 60,000 Muslim Palestinians worshipers Wednesday performed Eid al-Fitr prayers in Al-Aqsa Mosque, despite the Israeli restrictions A large number of citizens visited the Old City of occupied Jerusalem since the early morning hours to participate in Eid prayers. The Islamic Endowments Department in Jerusalem indicated that a number of citizens who were forcibly removed from Al-Aqsa by the occupation authorities performed Eid prayers in the streets surrounding the mosque.
