Post: Over 3,000 Blood Units Collected in West Bank for Gaza Relief Effort

RAMALLAH: More than 3,000 units of blood and its derivatives have been donated by citizens in the West Bank as part of a concerted effort to support the people of the Gaza Strip, the Ministry of Health announced today. This initiative marks the fourth round of the "Our Blood is One" campaign, a nationwide effort aimed at addressing urgent medical needs in Gaza.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Ministry confirmed plans to continue the campaign until this evening, with collected blood units set to be transported to Gaza. The transportation will be coordinated with the Rahma Around the World Foundation, ensuring that the donations reach those in need swiftly and safely.

Dr. Majed Abu Ramadan, the Minister of Health, reiterated the ministry's commitment to aid Gaza's residents, highlighting the strong sense of solidarity demonstrated by the campaign. "We remain dedicated to providing everything our people [in Gaza] deserve," Dr. Abu Ramadan stated. "The overwhelming response from donors during the fourth round of the 'Our Blood is One' campaign reflects the immense solidarity and generosity among our united people."
