Oslo: The Norwegian Ministry of Foreign Affairs announced today that Oslo will host the third meeting of the international coalition for supporting a two-state solution in the Middle East this Wednesday. According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the meeting is expected to bring together prominent figures, including Palestinian Prime Minister Mohammad Mustafa, UNRWA Commissioner-General Philippe Lazzarini, and Norwegian UN Special Coordinator for the Middle East, Tor Wennesland. This marks the third gathering of the global coalition for implementing the two-state solution, established in September during the United Nations General Assembly in New York. Norwegian Foreign Minister Espen Barth Eide stated, "If we are to continue working to end war, we must also strive for a lasting solution to the conflict that ensures self-determination, security, and justice for both Palestinians and Israelis." Eide emphasized the importance of collective action, noting, "There is broad support for the two- state solution, but the international community must do more to make it a reality." Representatives from over 80 countries and organizations are expected to attend the pivotal meeting.
