Salfit: Israeli occupation forces Sunday ordered a halt on the work on a plot of land in the Yasuf village, east of the occupied West Bank city of Salfit, according to a local source. Wael Abu Madi, head of the Yasuf Village Council, reported that the forces handed a notice to cease work on a plot owned by the Ministry of Waqf (Religious Endowments) and took photographs of several houses in the area.
According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the occupation authorities have been preventing Palestinians from utilizing this land for two years. Abu Madi criticized this action as part of the broader Israeli policies that impose restrictions on the villagers, affecting their daily lives and community development.
