Post: Occupation Forces Attack Palestinians at Solomon’s Pools South of Bethlehem

Bethlehem: Israeli forces on Friday attacked Palestinian citizens visiting the tourist site of Solomon's Pools, three ancient reservoirs located between the town of Al-Khader and the village of Artas, south of Bethlehem, according to local sources.

According to Palestine News and Information Agency, local sources reported that Israeli occupation forces stormed Solomon's Pools, deployed near the first pool, closed the main road, fired tear gas canisters and stun grenades, and assaulted three young men after detaining them.

The occupation forces and colonists have recently intensified their attacks on Solomon's Pools through repeated incursions, harassment of visitors, and swimming in the pools, in an apparent attempt to intimidate Palestinian citizens and restrict their access to the area as part of colonial efforts to take control of the site.
