Nehm Customs Center thwarts two attempts to smuggle medicines quantity

Customs police officers during passenger procedures at Nehm Customs Center were able to seize 135 packets of four types of smuggled medicines. Also, 95 cartons of six types and 43 packages of three types of smuggled medicine were seized. The director of the center, Youssef Al-Amari, explained to the Yemeni News Agency (Saba) that the seized quantities were hidden inside a speaker that was with one of the travelers, as well as the presence of the Israeli star on the speaker in which the medicines were seized, as well as inside wooden furniture boxes on board one of the means of transportation coming from the areas controlled by the aggression countries. Al-Amari stressed that the center will not be lax in seizing various smuggled goods and materials that are not authorized to enter the country in the interest of the nation , the health and safety of citizens.
