Doha: The Ministry of Commerce and Industry (MOCI), in collaboration with the Ministry of Interior (MOI), has launched the automatic renewal service for establishment registration through the single window platform. This new service allows companies to automatically receive their renewed establishment registration as soon as they renew their company license and commercial registration. This initiative is part of the ongoing efforts to develop and streamline services for entrepreneurs and companies, accelerating their completion and thereby promoting the investment and trade environment in the country. In a statement today, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry explained that companies can apply for the establishment registration renewal service through the single window portal. The new feature simplifies the process of renewing company registrations via the single window platform, enabling users to immediately access the renewed establishment registration through the "Metrash" application upon completion of t he transaction. The automatic renewal service for establishment registration is a continuation of the ministry's efforts to enhance services provided to the private sector, simplifying and facilitating business procedures for business owners and investors by providing a comprehensive smart electronic platform. This service is among the many initiatives launched by the single window to expedite and digitize procedures, aiming to elevate the level of services provided and improve the efficiency of government administrative operations. The effective use of information technology in delivering public services contributes to advancing the state's vision of building a knowledge-based economy, in line with Qatar National Vision 2030. Previously, the Ministry of Commerce and Industry launched a series of smart electronic services through the single window portal, marking a significant transformation in the services provided to companies and entrepreneurs. The number of available services has reached approximately 16 specialized services, including 4 comprehensive services, in addition to various document issuance services and other electronic services that can be easily accessed from within and outside Qatar.
