A meeting in Amran province today,Wednesday, confirmed the keenness to end the issue of conflict between the people of Al-Munjadah in the Kharif and Jub District in Jabal Ayal Yazid District, once and for all. The meeting, which included the President of the province Court of Appeal, Judge Abdul Karim Al-Shami, and the Governor's Attorney, Muhammad Al-Mutawakkil, discussed satisfactory solutions to end the case related to the disputed land located in the south of Al-Bun agricultural bed. Judge Al-Shami and Al-Mutawakkil stressed the need to end the dispute and its causes and triggers by deciding on the location of the land in a way that ensures the achievement of justice, equality and fairness in accordance with Sharia and the law and in light of the principles of proof everyone possesses regarding public and private rights. They pointed to settling all controversial issues at the province and district levels, especially issues that have been pending for some time, to ensure the preservation , safety of so ciety and enhance public tranquility.
