The Parisien newspaper reported that a letter from the French Interior Ministry containing the "plague" virus was found, addressed to its Minister, Gerald Darmanin. The letter was found at the post office at the sorting center in the Côte d'Or region. The newspaper confirmed that a fine black powder was found in the letter.
