Babylon Police Command arrested today, Monday, a wanted man on charges of murder less than 24 hours after committing his crime in the Abu Ghraq district west of Hillah. Babylon Police Media Director Brigadier General Adel Al-Husseini said, "The Crime Combat Office in the Abu Ghraq Division was able to arrest a suspect in a murder crime, in implementation of a judicial arrest warrant issued against him in accordance with the provisions of Article 406 of the Penal Code. He added that the accused was detained pending investigation in preparation for his presentation to the judiciary." Source: National Iraqi News Agency
