Lebanon: Nine people were killed, including a girl and a pregnant woman, and 38 were injured in overnight Israeli air strikes on the city of Tyre in Southern Lebanon, according to a Lebanese security source. According to Jordan News Agency, the source also reported that Israeli aircraft launched a series of raids last night on the southern suburb of Beirut, including Al-Hadath, Haret Hreik, Burj Al-Barajneh, and American neighborhoods. It stated that a total of 14 raids were recorded and the sound of explosions echoed across the Lebanese capital as thick black smoke rose from stricken areas. The source added that the Israeli military issued evacuation orders to residents before the war jets struck.
