Kuwait's minister of Foreign Affairs Abdullah Al-Yahya held a virtual meeting on Wednesday with his Tajik counterpart Sirajuddin Muharuddin, and Vladimir Voronkov, Under-Secretary General of the Counter-Terrorism Office. During the meeting, the ongoing preparations for the State of Kuwait to host the Fourth Dushanbe Conference during the days of November 4th and 5th, 2024 were discussed, under the title "Strengthening international cooperation in combating terrorism and building flexible mechanisms for border security - Kuwait's phase of the Dushanbe process." They also discussed several topics related to enhancing the prospects for joint action to combat terrorism, achieving positive and constructive results at the level of joint international action to defeat terrorism and supporting regional and international initiatives that provide international security and stability.
