KUWAIT, His Highness the Crown Prince Sheikh Sabah Khaled Al-Hamad Al-Sabah on Tuesday sent a condolence cable to the president of Niger and chief of the Safeguard National Council Abdourahamane Tchiani over the victims of heavy rains.
