Kuwait Airways is operating large planes flying to Beirut for accommodating Kuwaiti citizens returning home, the national carrier declared on Saturday. Coordination is proceeding with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs to provide all needed services for the Kuwaiti nationals desiring to return to Kuwait, it said. The Ministry of Foreign Affairs had urged citizens to abstain from traveling to Lebanon and those present there to return, in light of the subsequent security developments in the region.
