Senior judicial and security officials in Mahweet province on Monday conducted an inspection of judicial and security operations in Shebam and al-Tawila districts. The visit was led by Judge Ahmed Sharaf al-Din, Chairman of the Court of Appeal, and Judge Abdulmughni al-Barkani, Chairman of the Appeal Prosecution, accompanied by Brig. Gen. Ali Dabish, the Director of Security for the province. The inspection focused on assessing the performance levels at the Shebam Primary Court and Prosecution, the district's Security Department, and the Court and Prosecution of al-Tawila. The officials discussed the challenges faced by these institutions and emphasized the need for coordinated efforts between the judiciary, security agencies, and local authorities to ensure justice is served efficiently. Judge Sharaf al-Din highlighted the importance of completing cases promptly and improving coordination between the judiciary and security agencies, particularly in issuing arrest warrants and implementing criminal ruling s. Judge al-Barkani stressed the need for supportive measures to resolve judicial and security challenges swiftly and in accordance with established regulations. Brig. Gen. Dabish reaffirmed the commitment of the Security Department to executing judicial decisions and maintaining public order.
