Beirut: Israeli warplanes Saturday killed 17 people in two separate strikes in southern Lebanon and Beqaa, where 10 people of the same family were killed. A Lebanese source official stated that the raid targeted a residential building in the area, resulting in its destruction. According to Jordan News Agency, seven people were also martyred in the town of Deir Qanoun Ras al-Ain in Tyre, who were paramedics. These strikes have intensified tensions in the already volatile region, marking a significant escalation in hostilities.
