According to Palestine News and Information Agency - WAFA, the Israeli army on Wednesday shelled displaced persons on the Al-Rasheed coastal road in central Gaza, resulting in the death of four individuals, including a child and a woman.
In Gaza City, Israeli shelling led to the death of one Palestinian and injured 15 others in various areas, especially in Al-Shati Refugee Camp and Al-Thalathini Street. The army also targeted a tent for displaced people at Al-Aqsa Martyrs Hospital in central Gaza, killing one civilian.
Additional casualties occurred in Al-Shati Refugee Camp in western Gaza City due to an Israeli bombing targeting a house. In the Shamaa area of the Old City southeast of Gaza, one Palestinian was shot.
Furthermore, Israeli shelling hit a residential building near the Latin Monastery Church in the Al-Zeitoun neighborhood and targeted the Al-Tuffah neighborhood. A medical source at Nasser Medical Complex confirmed the arrival of the bodies of two Palestinian aid seekers killed by Israeli fire southwest of Khan Yunis.
Medical sources reported that hospitals in Gaza City are operating at a minimum capacity, with the closure of Al-Rasheed Street impeding the entry of medicine into the city. They also announced that 54 Palestinians have been killed by Israeli fire and shelling across different areas of the Gaza Strip since dawn today.
