NABLUS: Israeli occupation forces opened fire this evening on a Palestinian youth near the village of Al-Lubban esh-Sharkiya, located south of Nablus in the occupied West Bank, according to local sources. The sources reported that Israeli forces shot the young man at the entrance of the Israeli colony of Eli along the Nablus-Ramallah road. The forces left him bleeding on the ground without providing any medical assistance. Israeli media outlets claimed that the young man carried out a shooting attack, resulting in the killing of two Israeli colonists, before being subsequently shot by the Israeli soldiers. Circulating videos showed the young man lying on the ground, bleeding, amid the deployment of Israeli soldiers and police at the scene. Later, local sources reported that dozens of armed colonists gathered at the location and elsewhere along the Ramallah-Nablus road. Source: Palestine News and Information Agency – WAFA
