GAZA: Israeli occupation forces have transformed the Nasser Medical Complex in Khan Yunis, south of the Gaza Strip, into a military base, rendering it out of service, medical sources confirmed today. The Israeli occupation forces have further confined medical personnel for extended hours in the maternity ward, physically assaulted them, handcuffed their hands, and stripped them of their clothes, the sources added. Only 25 medical personnel remain at Nasser Medical Complex, unable to handle cases requiring intensive care. The intensive care unit (ICU) doctor is among those arrested by Israeli occupation forces inside the hospital. Dozens of patients in critical condition have also been arrested, loaded onto military trucks, and taken to an unknown location, putting their lives at risk. Medical sources pointed out that electricity has been cut off from the complex for three days, leading to the cessation of oxygen supply to patients. Seven patients have already died due to the lack of oxygen. Three women, i ncluding a pediatrician, are in dire conditions, facing severe shortages of water, food, electricity, and sanitation, as power generators have been non-operational for three days.
